[lubuntu] how to install applications in 12.10 64 bit

Hi everyone,

Just now I installed 12.10 64 bit ubuntu in my laptop having a good amount of RAM :-)

I am unable to install the following applications now(where I have installed and used same apps in my previous 32 bit version )

1.skype
2.virtual box
3.teamviewer
4.chrome

Switching back to 32 bit is the only solution for my problem or can we install these applications as well in 12.10 64 bit ?
