Hello, And I have just installed Ubuntu 12.10 with Wubi, but whenever I restart my computer, I get stuck at the loading screen like this

But after 30 seconds the name glitches up,there is a small black square with an arrow in the top left corner, and there is an orange rectangle on the right.
No matter how many times I uninstall and re-install, It keeps doing the same thing
