[ubuntu] .deb file for gstreamer codecs

Greetings,

Is there any way i can download mp3 and other codecs as a .deb file since i cannot connect my laptop to the internet for gstreamer update. If not that is there any media player is comes preloaded with the codecs so that i need not down load them separately.
