[ubuntu] Need help on sources.list

My download speed except from http://np.archive.ubuntu.com/ (hosted by my ISP) is horrible.
i,e too slow download speed from http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

the problem is:

Except Below mentioned Directory all other directories are fine.
because of this i am not able to downloads all updates
