Sony Vaio E11 Windows 8 + Ubuntu 13.04 Install Hosed!

Hi! I just tried to dual-boot install/correct the Windows 8 installation on a Sony Vaio E11 :) and accidentally deleted the Windows 8 partition. Now it can't recover the Windows 8, and I have attempted to install Ubuntu twice and it doesn't boot, complaining "No Operating System Found" with either UEFI or Legacy BIOS settings selected. Please how can I fix Ubuntu 13.04 boot properly and have Windows 8 in a tiny partition where it deserves to be :) ?
