[ubuntu] After remastering with remastersys, window "Who are you" sometimes doesn't show

I can't figure out why it happens sometimes, other times it doesn't.
It seems related to timing. If I take to long to answer the previous questions, the install goes forward without asking for the user and computer name.
Does anyone know how to force casper to always display that window?
