Cannot install KDE

whenever I tried to install the KDE package, I get this error
This happens with any of the kde meta packages, I've tried runnig apt-get get update, and apt-get upgrade, and neither of those help the situation. I've also tried the --fix-missing arguments again to no avail. If anyone knows any cause to this I would be greatly appreciate it. I really want to try kde out again without having to reinstall an entire distro.
