I just downloaded and installed Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS today into a virtual machine ( using VMware Virtualbox ). When I first installed it, I had some problems with the graphics card, kept being put into low graphics mode and a non-gui version of Ubuntu, I suppose.
I got that fixed, everything was working fine, then I installed the 206 some updates. Did the restart, like it asked, and then it hung at the Ubuntu loading screen. Doesn't do anything, no activity, whatsoever. I've kept it running for over half an hour, just to make sure.
I'm not sure what to do to fix this, I've gone into Recovery mode and tried a package repair, didn't help.
Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
