Kernel panic after restart

I restarted system on Ubuntu 18 and it started to give me kernel panic on boot. Also recovery mode throws kernel panic. I tried to install new Ubuntu 20 and older Ubuntu 18, but it gives similar error. Fresh Debian installation in try mode works fine. Any ideas?
