[ubuntu] upgrading form 12.04 to 12.10

how would i go about updating to Ubuntu 12.10?
i am at Ubuntu 12.04 right now and i can't seem to figure it out.

also, if you think i should stay with 12.04 for whatever reason, than tell me please.
