[ubuntu] Which kernel for 12.04?

Hello,

There seem to be A LOT of choices for kernels for 12.04.2 LTS. Which is the "official" one? and which are "safe" to install (i.e. not experimental). I need one with a linux-source so that I can buld DKMS modules for nvidia and for virtualbox.
