I started trying to download Request Tracker yesteryda on ubuntu 12.04, and was using this guide as my help. i got lost right before the PHP process, and am getting the error message "Warning: Document Root[/home/user/public_html/] does not exist. Can someone please lend a helping hand? I am an intern, and fairly new to ubuntu. Thanks for looking.
