[ubuntu] Installation of ubuntu on VMware player 15- got black with cursor

Hi everybody,
I have installed ubuntu 18.04 on vmware player 15.
I needed to restart the machine in order to complete the installation,
when i restarted, i got black screen with blinking cursor and could not get into the ubuntu.

what should i do?
