Raspberry Pi4 4gb ubuntu 19.10 x32/x64 keyboard problems

I have download and installed this image for my Raspberry Pi4 4gb

Raspberry boot but after try many usb keyboard nobody is recognized or working...

I have try also 32bit version

ce8e6ef0ef4f3f81695937f6816c653c01c7c124b069147252 365799c368b060 *ubuntu-19.10-preinstalled-server-armhf+raspi3.img.xz

but this version not booting.. Any Info?
